By downloading or using Hyve, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
What Hyve Does
Hyve is a paid wellness logging app for iPhone and iPad. Hyve helps you log workouts, log meals, track weight, set reminders, and see your daily and historical progress.
Hyve does not provide medical, fitness, nutrition, diet, weight-loss, supplement, injury, diagnosis, treatment, or exercise-programming advice. Hyve does not recommend calorie targets, macro targets, exercises, intensities, diets, or behavior changes. Goals and logs are user-entered, and totals are calculated from those entries.
Purchase And Access
- Hyve is sold through the Apple App Store. Apple is the merchant of record.
- The initial release has no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, no consumables, and no free trial.
- After purchase, Hyve's included features are available without further payment.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store refund policy.
No Account, No Cloud Sync
The initial release of Hyve has no sign-in, no account creation, and no cloud sync. Your data lives on your device. If you uninstall Hyve or change devices, on-device data does not transfer to the new device unless restored from your own device backup.
Apple Intelligence Chat Actions
On compatible devices with Apple Intelligence enabled, Hyve uses Apple's on-device Foundation Models framework to turn supported natural-language requests into in-app actions, such as logging a meal you describe, updating a workout, showing existing progress, comparing existing date ranges, editing reminders, and navigating between screens.
Hyve does not use Apple Intelligence, or any other AI, to give medical, nutrition, diet, fitness, weight-loss, supplement, injury, or exercise-programming advice. The chat will not act outside of these supported app actions.
If Apple Intelligence is unavailable on your device, the chat will show an availability message. The rest of Hyve still works.
Wellness And Health Disclaimer
Hyve is a general wellness and lifestyle app. Hyve is not a medical device, is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Calorie and macro values shown in Hyve are estimates calculated from the food entries you log. Use them as a personal tracking aid, not as a clinical or nutritional prescription.
Always consult a qualified healthcare or fitness professional before making changes to your diet, exercise routine, supplements, or treatment plan.
Acceptable Use
- Use Hyve only for lawful, personal wellness logging.
- Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the app.
- Don't use Hyve to violate the rights of others or any applicable law.
Your Content
Workouts, meals, weight entries, reminders, chat messages, and a profile photo you create or import remain your content. Because Hyve stores this content only on your device, you control it directly inside the app and through your device's storage.
Ending Your Use
You can stop using Hyve at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We may release updates that change features over time. If a future update materially changes what you bought, we will document those changes in the App Store release notes.

Hyve is provided as-is and as-available. We make no warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Wellness is personal — results vary. Hyve does not guarantee any specific fitness, nutrition, weight, or health outcome.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dianoia Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Hyve. Our total liability for any claim relating to Hyve is limited to the amount you paid Apple for the app, or USD $100, whichever is greater.
Changes
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. Continued use of Hyve after a change means you accept the updated terms.
